Hipster farm cafe on the way to the great ocean road, about 15 minutes out of Geelong on the way to Torquay. It’s a cool place and a real hobby farm. The produce is straight from the soil and it’s very obvious on the first bite, I didn’t know fresh kale tasted so great.
Great for families and kids. Lots of open spaces to run around and a small play ground to keep toddlers occupied. You can sip your latte or sparkling while still keeping an eye on your little ones. There are a couple of goats, chickens and ducks which attracts children and flies. Don’t worry, the animal stench is only detectable at close range.
Overall, the place is rural and yet hipster. Equally suited for the young city DINKS on their way to the surf, the families with rabid kids, and the well heeled boomers on their way to their beachside holiday house.
